VP of Global Public Policy
AT&TJeff Brueggeman is Vice President - Global Public Policy for AT&T. He is responsible for developing and advocating AT&T's global public policy positions of privacy, cybersecurity, and Internet policy issues.
Mr. Brueggeman is based in AT&T’s Washington, DC office. He represents AT&T in a wide range of legislative, regulatory and policy development proceedings. Mr. Brueggeman also leads AT&T’s engagement with various privacy and technology policy organizations. Prior to assuming his current rule, Mr. Brueggeman was AT&T’s Deputy Chief Privacy Officer. In this role, he helped manage AT&T’s privacy policies and coordinate the implementation of data privacy and security programs across the company.
Before joining AT&T, Mr. Brueggeman was an attorney in private practice, specializing in communications law. He holds a J.D. from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Bethesda, Maryland with his wife and daughter.
